“This park has a basketball court, an older playground with no swings, a picnic shelter, grills, horseshoe pits, baseball, hockey and woodsy unpaved hiking trails. The trails have a sign indicating an overlook but not much signage when you are walking the trail so take a picture of the sign. There’s recycling at the picnic shelter.”

A warming house for the winter. Two hockey rinks and a massive ice area for skating with lights. Decent sledding areas.”

“Manomin park is a little bit of heaven with curvy paths that wind around to spectacular views of our mighty Mississippi. Go see Banfil Center for the arts while you're there. Beautiful gardens if the center isn't open. The sounds of the city disappear in the park. Just be when you're there.”
Address: 100 Sanburnol Dr NE, Fridley, MN 55432, USA
“We were in the area with my husband and stop to eat at the park, when we noticed that the center was open, so decided to take a look. They have several interactive stations geared for kid, but adults can also learn and have fun too. It’s open with limited capacity. We came in on a week day in the afternoon and we had the whole place to ourselves. Thanks to the team and staff that keep this place available for everyone.”

“Now that the City has cut back some of the scrub trees, you can see downtown again! Watch out for dog poo, as not everyone cleans up after their canine. Seems to be worst since the City removed the trash cans. Not sure why.”

“This is a beautiful park area and play structure at the back side of Cornelia School building. The play structure is terrific especially for school age children. Preschool children may find some of the structure more difficult. The park is often a much less busy alternative to the nearby Rosland park play area that is excellent for all ages and very popular.”
