“I chose PRO Therapy after a car accident I had in the fall mainly because it was a convenient location. And I am glad I did. The NE location is very convenient and comfortable with easy parking and lots of coffee shops around. I mainly worked with Ben but the whole team was always flexible and willing to work with my travel schedule, etc. to ensure I didn't fall behind. My goal was to ensure that I would get back my fine motor skills and range of motion in my injured arm/wrist. Both Ben and Kevin took the time to listen to my concerns and goals upfront as well as through the process to ensure I was comfortable and consistently making progress. Ben really went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get back to my normal workout routine. And just recently, after a bit of a billing mistake, Linda and Kevin worked it out to make sure that I wasn't paying late fees- which I really appreciate! All in all, I'm super happy that I chose to work with the PRO Therapy team and have already recommended them to three of my coworkers.”
