I've needed help from maintenance a couple of times and they responded quickly and not only fixed what I asked but went beyond that by replacing things when necessary. This winter through all the snowstorms and ice everywhere, the sidewalks were immediately accessible by shoveling and salting. The hallways are always clean as well as the laundry room. After a despicable winter, the grounds were cleaned immediately and continue to remain so. My neighbors are friendly and so helpful. I'm so glad I made the decision to live here!”
