“I went in as a returning customer. I needed them to fix the rear main seal on my subarus motor. (that motor was rebuild but that seal in particular didn't get replaced dont know why, some one else rebuilt it not warzeka.) So I went in, the customer service was good as always. Dropped my car off and the next day it was done sooner than I expected. To give and idea I had work done on it at the end of last year, had them replace the torque converter seal on it because I put a transmission in but didn't put a new seal in. That took about 1day and a morning. Over all I'd say fast and reliable and not some one who would take your money becouse thay could. Hope this helps stop by there it's a great auto shop.”

“We stopped for gas here today. It’s a bit off the interstate but the last time we stopped here (a year ago), we needed a new wiper blade and the fellow installed it for us. You don’t often get that kind of service anymore. Anyway, today we just needed gas. I needed to use the ladies room and was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean. The woman working at the counter is very friendly and pointed out they had just received a supply of fresh donuts. Definitely will stop here again next time we are passing through.”

“My husband's jacket was delivered with a cut through the bag. When I opened it the jacket had also been cut. I contacted Proozy and they asked that I take a picture of the item and email it to them. Once I showed them the proof they immediately sent me shipping information to send the item back. I took it to the given shipping company and did not have to pay for packaging nor for the shipping of the damaged jacket. It was very quick and easy. I should be receiving a new jacket soon! Proozy was very responsive, excellent customer service!”

IPS came to our home evaluated our situation and made suggestions. They provided us a very competitive, thorough and flexible plan that provided us significantly better service for less then what we were paying previously with another supplier. The installation was personal and professional. We received training on using the system and all of our questions were answered. We even had some trial runs playing through different situations. “Like Walmart, Menards has a wide selction over everything, though geared towards home improvement. Nonetheless, Menards has a nice selection of groceries and toys. The store is quite clean and kept up. My one complaint is that most workers don't make eye contact or say hello. I find many will look the other way or walk away. I recently walked up to the customer service counter to get my rebate, right in front of the store manager. He didn't say hi or even look up. Fix that and I can give 5 stars.”
