I stopped by the store and Juan C. was very eager to offer advice on how to remove this red mark without getting to aggressive with the finish on my wonderful new harp. I went home and tried out his suggestion, and to my delight, it worked, and the finished on the harp was not effected. It is good to know that professional help is right near.
