Our employees love it because they know it’s their truck. We spent a lot of time working with Waldoch to design what we wanted. They do great work and we order trucks from them constantly. No one else was able to do the amount of trucks we needed on the timeline needed, except Waldoch.”

“I love Forest to Fork! They are located inside of the Keg and Case Market Building in Saint Paul and are the only place I know like this. Their display is so cool! And you can buy fresh exotic mushrooms, wild greens, berries, rice, nuts and crop produce that you can only get from the local area. If you like hiking or camping, you NEED to check out their foraging tools and books! My significant other and I went camping, and ended up being able to identify some edible mushrooms (Chanterelles, Chicken of the woods, and black trumpets) that we cleaned up and put in our dinner :0 They also have fun classes about foraging and events throughout the year. Definitely worth making the trip to Saint Paul.”
