“Hearing the melodious tunes from the live grand piano makes me feel rich as I enter this store. Unfortunately, I'm not. I have one code here: only look at the clearance items. However, that has gotten me some pretty fantastic items at a decent price. This has allowed me to arrive to any fashionable event, clad in my fresh looking new button up. And, when people ask me where I get my clothes, I get to take the pipe out of my mouth and say, "I got it from... (dramatic pause) Von Maur." “I remember having the “Orkin Man” come to my house when I was little so when I needed someone to help me it was the first place I called. I am so glad that I did! The customer was understanding and very empathetic to my concerns and made an appointment for me the next day (I called after work on Tuesday and had someone at my home Wednesday). When Neil came to my home he was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with service I was purchasing. He found the problem right away and went to work. He answered all of my questions making sure not to over promise anything which I very appreciated. I was happy to hear that he is also the person that will come every time I have service.
