Take it one step further the gentleman who answered my questions appointment arrival and during service also let me know when the tech found something out side the service that needed addressed and it gave me the ability to have them take care of it tho I may not agree with the amount of the cost of service I am pleased to know there are still helpful people in the world. “The French Connection concert at the Basilica was fantastic! I was not familiar with any of the pieces but the Basilica was the perfect site for the concert. The acoustics were fantastic. Loved the reverb at the end of the pieces! The orchestra and organ accompaniment was great. If you closed your eyes you could hear the rumble of the lower register of the organ - it added so much to the experience.”
