“Had my front breaks and rotors replaced. It was nice they gave me a loaner car to use for no extra cost and did an inspection on my car. I was also experiencing noise from back and they were able to diagnose the problem that another shop told me they couldn’t find anything. They weren’t pushy and were very pleasant to work with. Their waiting room was really nice and they also offered coffee, pop and water. Definitely would recommend! I left with some good coupons that never expire and a car that was fixed well. First this place is delivery by appointment, they get a little upset if you show up with no appointment. Second, come in from Westside Dr do not use west 23rd street it's got tight corners and traffic that will not work with you. Head down Westside Dr, straight through the first stop sign. Second stop sign will have a sign with instructions to call shipping. Also on the way outof heading south to 100 watch the on ramp comes just after tight s turn quick.”

“I just bought a truck to use to tow our camper. I drove 4 hrs with staying over the night before so I could be there early Monday morning. This was all right after new years and when I had talked to Andy the Friday before I had said see you early Monday morning. Now Andy being human spaced they were closed Monday because of new years and texted me Monday to let me know as I was parked in there parking lot. Granted I live 4 hrs away took the day off work stayed over the night before to get this truck. Now I was mad as you can believe!! Tuesday they were to call and give me my deposit back. Tuesday came Juan called me very apologetic and willing to win back my business. They offered to bring the truck to me and I could look at it and told me if I didn't like it I wouldn't have to take it granted I'm 4 hrs from them!! So I offered to meet them half way to be fair and Saturday morning they drove the truck to me brought the paper work and now I have my truck!! Very pleased with them and there over the top willingness to help fix a wrong. People are human and make mistakes but Juan and Andy made it right in my book and next vehicle we will look at them again for one!!!”
