“Train-x workouts are super tough. But what I like about them is that they are catered to each individual athlete's sport and position. For example: Baseball players will do baseball workouts designed to increase arm strength & agility. Football players will do football exercises designed for footwork & speed. The trainer even gets "position" specific (footwork drills for QB's, speed for RB's, etc.). I started working out at Train-X when I was 14-21 years old and Terry helped prepared my body for a Division 1 scholarship as a Quarterback. You can work out in groups or individually. I always preferred group workouts cause it pushed me to compete with the other guys/girls in my group. I'd recommend this type of personal training for athletes and/or anybody who wants to achieve their fitness goals (weight loss, muscle build, etc.). Overall, amazing value for the price!”

“Yeah it's a government agency so expect terrible online presence but people who work at the location are very nice. Do not bring your pet with you, but do feel free to bring your service dog with you. After research I found out I need to go to my vet and get paperwork for my dog prepared and the certificate of the current rabies vaccination 10 days before departure or less. After we got the paperwork from the Arguello Pet Hospital, I came here to get it USDA approved. Took probably 15 minutes all together”

“Caring staff was able to fit my dog in even tho she was a new "patient." Vet was very knowledgeable and didn't run a bunch of expensive tests, which is what I was expecting him to do to figure out what was going on with my senior dog. Dr diagnosis was spot on, pancreatitis, and the medicines worked well so that my pup was feeling better in no time! A bit pricey for exam and 3 medications, but of course you get what you pay for in quality of care and I definitely felt the quality of care was excellent! Recommend!”

“My dog Molly has been suffering from chronic ear infections and itchiness for 4+ years. She has had multiple vet visits and said it was from her floppy ears and moisture. They said it was common for her breed (Shorkie). She was treated with ear drops that only treated the inflammation but not the underlying problem. I was recommended Dr Globus. If only we had known about her years ago, I could have saved my Molly years of misery. When she did her assessment on Molly I knew we were in the right place and she was gonna take care of my little girl. She literally sat on the floor with Molly making friends!!! Molly’s ears and paws were positive for yeast. She sent us home with a regime and a month later returned to the clinic. Molly is no longer having any issues and we are pretty sure the culprit causing her issues is the chicken in her diet. Dr Globus didn’t put Molly through allergy testing right off the bat and instead did process of elimination. In one month we had our answers! She is amazing and truly cares about our fur babies! She even took the time to call me half way through Molly’s treatment plan to see how she was doing. I highly recommended Dr. Globus and am very thankful for what she did for us! She fixed a problem we have been dealing with for years in just a month! Thank you Dr Globus and your team! 😊❤️”

“Love this clinic. We found them when couldn't find an opening to bring a dog in. It was an emergency visit. Guys were amazing, I brought the dog in and left her there for less then 2 hours. Doctor Kuan is just amazing, he called, explained, gave medicine. Amanda was perfect also, she spent time with us giving recommendations for our kittens. And they told us to bring the dog for a check up after a week and then after 2 weeks. And they didn't take money for last 2 visits. We just paid for the medicine. For the first visit we paid more as it was an emergency but it's still less expensive than going to emergency hospital. Can also add that there are a lot of people bringing their pets in. Which just tells that those guys are really great.”
