“Optimum delivered us an Extender 6 during Wi-Fi setup and that didn’t work with our type of modem. Customer service asked us to return at this location since this was close by our home. As you keep driving towards this place on a bumpy road, you start to wonder if you are on the right route. They have a deserted parking space that also caters to Optimum’s training center. The waiting didn’t take longer and when our turn came up, we walked towards one of the counters before being called. The customer service person at the counter sharply called out saying we were coming in out of turn, which we felt could have been little softer. The other person who attended to us quickly got the replacement sorted out and sent us our way.”

I don't know about you, but my kids go through shoes faster than each 9 weeks progress reports come out. And they are just beginning at 6yo for the 2 boys and 4yo for the girl. Walmart shoes just haven't been cutting it for the kids. They needed more reliable, comfortable shoes that help their feet, not hurt them. Also, Mommy and Daddy were able to get new seasonal shoes that didn't put a dent in our finances like most other name brand stores. We LOVE Shoe Dept.! The staff is friendly and willing to help in every way possible.”
