“I arrived 20 mins early to my appointment and was promptly assisted. After providing and verifying my information it was discovered my physician failed to submit my orders. The staff attempted to contact my doctor but was unsuccessful. They provided me their fax and suggested I give them a try. As soon as my fax came over they took me back and quickly and efficiently completed my labs and I was on my way. All of this was complete before my scheduled appointment time. Grateful for Crystal and Beverly for being helpful and understanding. Great team.”

“I came in because I was experiencing that “tingly” feeling on the right side of my mouth... well as it turned out, I had lost a filling. On top of that the Doc found several more cavities!! Long story short, Danelle and he, took really great care of me today and I’m not just saying that, they care about their patients teeth health,and make no bones about telling you what you are doing right and what you are doing wrong. “THANK YOU Dr. Harper and staff! We got our kiddo's vision screening and eyewear at Vision Source - Raymore this year and were blown away by the staff and their caring nature. What made it even better was when life happened and our kiddo broke his glasses all I had to do was make a call and they took care of the rest! But wait...there's more.... The backup pair of glasses, not bought at Vision Source, had something happen to the lenses and they were blurry. I took them up there asking to have lenses made and they told me that most places warranty the lenses. They sealed the deal with my loyalty there! They could have not said a word and made some money off of me getting lenses for a frame they don't sell but they put people first. Guess what....That means I'll be back and so will my checkbook! “They seem a little unorganized. I showed up for my first scheduled appointment and apparently no one had entered it into the system. The staff did do their best to resolve the issue and i was able to meet with someone that day. I have yet to speak with a doctor, due to the confusion during my first appointment. I will alter my rating as needed once i do. From first glance, staff is compassionate and friendly.”
