Has everything you need to get a workout in and 247 access. The place is also locally owned and if you are conscious about where you spend your money like i am, this place is where you want to work out. You are supporting the small business here in a sea of corporate monster gyms. Check this place out. You wont be sorry

(December 31, 2016, 1:11 pm)Finally, a gym with no contractual agreement, no corporate dialogues to deal with, no corporate start-up fees to contend with. Just a family-run business with it's members in mind. Simple, and you're not paying for all of the extras no one uses anyway. Pay month to month if you'd like. You're provided a key for 24/7 access. I recommend it highly.
