(November 24, 2018, 11:46 am)I love this workout!!! I also love that you can walk in anytime and start your workout. I did the 6 weeks challenge and lost 6% of my body fat and lost 12 lbs. Great trainers!!! You won't regret getting started. It's hard work but it does pay off!!!
(November 24, 2018, 10:15 am)9Round in Raymore is the best!! There is always 1-2 trainers there at all times. The trainers are very engaging and know exactly when to push you harder or give you a breather. There is not one of them that I don’t absolutely love!! Not to mention the others that are there working out. Everyone I have met is very encouraging to everyone else. It is like a big family! I have been going for 2 months now and it was the best decision I have made for my health. No regrets!!! Hope to see you there!!!
(November 24, 2018, 12:45 am)I have been going to 9Round since they opened and it’s by far the best workout in town! The workout itself is always changing and ever so challenging. I feel like I’ve died EVERY.SINGLE.TIME but in a good, I just got my butt kicked, way! The owners are great and very involved in our community and the trainers are awesome! Give it a try you won’t regret it!
