  I had great service from Certified Transmission. I thought my transmission was going out in my car and they looked it over and said it wasn’t the transmission. It was a cracked sparked plug. I appreciate their honesty and would highly recommend them for your transmission needs.

  I took my 2013 Toyota Highlander with 135,000 miles to Certified Transmission in Liberty yesterday because of an occasional hard shift and a slight low pitched humming sound. They did the diagnostic tests but didn't find anything that had failed. But to be on the safe side recommended I come back so they could drop the pan and really inspect the inside of the transmission, which I did today. They found nothing abnormal except for a slightly dirty filter, which they replaced, and a few particles in the old fluid. They drained the old fluid and replaced it with new. Bobby explained this was from normal wear, not at all unusual, and that the transmissions in these vehicles were known to develop humming noise as they accumulated miles. Bobby advised me at this point the transmission was working as it should and didn't need anything more done to it. And unless the humming noise got much louder it should work well for quite awhile. I highly recommend Certified Transmission in Liberty. Not only were they very reasonably priced with what they did, Bobby was totally upfront and honest with what they found and what I could expect. I appreciated the fact he didn't try to sell me on a transmission repair or rebuild I really didn't need . I think that speaks volumes for the kind of honest customer focused business Certified Transmission in Liberty is. I will definitely will take all my vehicles to these folks if I need transmission service in the future.

  Certified Transmission did a great job on our vehicle at a reasonable price. They were able to get us in quickly and were very timely with their work. I also appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the front desk worker, Bobby. He was so wonderful to explain things and answer any of my questions. Thank you all for your help with our vehicle. We will recommend you all to everyone we know.
