“Went for the first time today. Wanted to surprise my husband just because, will admit was a little intimidated about going in and trying on lingerie. I wish I had gotten the cashiers name today that helped me find the perfect outfit for tonight! She was so helpful and did not make me feel uncomfortable and also was just all-around an amazing woman! I’m very body self-conscious right now after having a child and I am just now getting back in the game of... you know... bedroom activity LOL. She made me feel extremely welcoming and more comfortable in my skin! Will for sure be a repeat customer! The store was very clean, well organized and the staff are amazing!”

“I'm surprised at other reviews. We had nothing but excellent service. In February of 2018 we were planning to put our house on the market but first needed to replace the dishwasher. My brother recommended we go with the Bosch brand and said they'd purchased their's from Factory Direct. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and offered information on the differences between models. When we told him our plan he even offered a lower-priced model. We discussed models with soft food disposer (which our current model had) and he indicated that sometimes the filters get clogged which results in not washing properly. We decided to go home and check ours before committing to the purchase. No worries from the salesman. When we determined that we did need to purchase a new dishwasher we called him up and placed the order over the phone. Installation was on time and completed with respect for our property. The experience was so positive that we've ordered the same washer from Factory Direct Appliance for our new home. I highly recommend them!”

“My wife and I had a remarkable experience with Ron, his son Brian, the agent contact, Vicki and the building contact, Ryan. Having never been involved in a new build, my wife and I were constantly putting forth questions, requests and concerns and each time, with efficiency, patience and extreme professionalism, we were put at ease, pointed in the right direction or given suggestions to make the process as seamless as possible. We first met Ron and shared our hopes for a house in the Staley Meadows development and he found time on numerous occasions to meet with us personally, open homes for us to visit, answer questions and review floor plans. Beyond those visits, our experiences were with Brian, Vicki and Ryan, all of whom exceeded our expectations and worked diligently to maintain communication with us throughout the process. Among the particulars, we asked for additional plumbing to facilitate a downstairs bar, modifications to the deck to include stairs to grade, additional cabinetry in the kitchen and laundry room and a number of additional questions, concerns and changes. On every single occasion, Ryan visited with us through text or voice to ensure he understood our needs; he met with us personally several times as well to point out what was been done and update us on progress. Amendments, changes and updates were always timely from Vicki and our mortgage lender and agent were always kept up to date on the process. As we pointed out, this was all new to us so we inundated everyone with questions, concerns and ideas from doable to completely ridiculous, but with each inquiry or crazy idea we were treated extremely respectfully and promptly. Each vendor we worked with through Baldwin from carpets and tile to wood stains, appliances and light fixtures was helpful and informative. When we had issues with the VA process towards the end, the Baldwin Team stepped forward and helped our family transition from our temporary apartment to the new home. No process is perfect and this was stressful and overwhelming at times but our home is beautiful and most importantly we were kept involved at every opportunity to make sure we weren't just buying a home that was being built but we were buying the particular home that was being built for us and our children. “I am updating my review of Geek Squad at this particular store. The managers did an excellent job of resolving our issue. In the future our family would be happy to do business with the in-store Geek Squad staff. Original review from a week earlier: This review is for the Geek Squad company and not directed toward this particular store. Our computer was under warranty and we paid for an additional warranty. The hinge on the unit disintegrated and we took the computer in for repairs. We should have pulled the hard drive first. Now we are told that the only way we can get our data back is to pay up to nearly $500 for the transfer. The computer is in Kentucky and they will not ship the unit back unless we 1) pay for the data transfer 2) void all warranty. This is not acceptable. Do not ever use this service! ”
