“I ordered an assortment of gear from Guitar Center online a few weeks ago. When the package arrived, there was a single piece of tape that was mostly torn off and the box was peeping open on my doorstep. The tape was placed badly as well, barely covering the box opening. I was nervous that some of my items fell out during shipping before even getting any further. Correct to my senses, when I opened the box, I noticed I only had 4 pairs of drumsticks (I ordered 9) I immediately called GC customer service and a guy named Caleb helped me and got the remaining 5 pairs of sticks out shipped out the same day. Very nice and handled it with grace. Just recieved the 5 pairs of sticks, but the box was taped very poorly again. A single piece of tape that had peeled off to the side during transit.. Grateful that they wrapped the sticks, otherwise they would’ve fallen out again without a doubt. I STRONGLY suggest that whoever packs and ships your items do a better job of taping/packing. A high expense that can be easily avoided. Thanks to Caleb who helped me out though and didn’t give me any hassle or haggle.”

“Always receive great service at this location no matter the problem . My largest complaint has nothing to do with the location(Ken), but with your product Genius. I spent around $200 for one when I spent $6,700 for new hearing aids. A month & a half ago it failed, after waiting over 3 weeks I finally got it back. I had it for two weeks and the new one failed, so it had to be sent back to the factory as the first one was. I assume it will take at least three MORE weeks to get a new one. Not only is that almost two months without something I bought in good faith>BUT, I am told that the one year warranty only applies to the first one and the replacement AND the next new one will still carry only the first one's warranty. So, my one year warranty has turned into only a NINE MONTH warranty as I have lost THREE MONTHS USAGE by the time I get the replacement for the second one. I feel this is totally unfair and borders on false advertising, as I expected TWELVE months trouble free usage of your Genius product . Consider this to be a totally NEGATIVE review of your product(and I have not failed to let everyone I know of the totally unfair treatment I have received. Sincerely >Barry Carroll”

“Blake, Joshua, Ed and Anthony were AMAZING! We worked them a good 12 hours in the heat and these guys did it with a SMILE! They had positive attitudes the whole time, and you could tell they didn't mind the hard work. In fact, they were having fun joking with each other and quoting movies while maintaining an impressive speed. They carried HEAVY stuff, worked fast, and were very respectful of us, our small children, and our things. Their quote was accurate and Josh answered our endless questions over the phone with great patience. We would happily use them again and recommend them to our friends.”

“Had Chipotle catering last night and this was the third time that I have gotten catering from this location. Well needless to say the two times prior to last night were not even kind of good experiences. However last night they did a phenomenal job. You can definitely tell that there has been some crew and management changes since my past experience. The manager there on duty last night went above and beyond to not only fulfill my order. He also went through and made sure I understood what all I received. Then to top it off he was able to accommodate my request to double check everything before leaving the store. He also made sure I was 100% satisfied with everything I left with. I called him a rockstar before I left and thanked him for finally getting my order done right. Big kudos to him and his crew last night they did a fabulous job at making my New Years Eve party a success.”

I wasn’t quite sure how she’d do, but the staff here made her feel comfortable quickly and with great ease! Linsey, especially, won her over with her kind smile, enthusiasm, and “kid talk.” She knew exactly what to say to win my kid over! There are too many positives to list them all, but a few of the best things are: the convenience of online pre-registration, starting on time, the friendliness and expertise of the staff, and the token tower as a reward at the end of her appointment. We will definitely be returning! What a great place!”
