(August 6, 2020, 11:00 am)Dr Wells is amazing and takes the time to listen and address all your concerns. He does usually run behind but I believe that is because you get amazing patient care and I am willing to wait for that. Courtney at the front desk is also so sweet.

(January 15, 2020, 6:47 pm)I first called Heartland Medical Care over 3 years ago. I was looking to find my boyfriend a doctor and I was lucky to talk to Courtney that answered the phone. I explained that I had a man that didn't like to go to doctors but he needed to get a primary doctor. Courtney said Dr. Wells would be a great fit. I will tell you she was exactly right. Dr. Wells is old school and he is an amazing doctor. He explains things, he sits and talks to you not at you. He tells you what you need to know and does it with great compassion and just by being friendly it helps quite a lot. Sometimes it does take a bit to get into your appointment but it is because they have such amazing customer service and you don't feel like you are being pushed through and just another number. All of the staff is kind and friendly and they help you with your prescription refills and anything else you need. I will say Courtney gets a "10" for customer service. She knows everyone's name by heart and she always remembers things about the patients. I have witnessed that when sitting in the lobby. My doctor last year decided to retire. I normally get a female doctor but I decided also to go with Dr. Wells after seeing how he treated my boyfriend and the care that he got at Heartland Medical Center. I would like to give Dr. Wells 10 STARS if I could !
