(June 30, 2018, 10:56 am)The park is great! Huge open spaces. Lots of trees. Nice play equipment (3 different playgrounds) and splash area. The city does a great job keeping this place pretty clean. The people who come to the park are a different story. Dirty. Trashy. Filthy. We can't have anything nice in Independence. These people are just extremely lazy! That being said... Come check this park out! Just keep on eye out on your children at all times. Use common sense and have a fun afternoon splashing and playing. Don't forget to stop by Hi-Boy (up the street) for lunch! Best burgers and shakes in Independence! ????????????
