From admin to staff members they’re understanding and work with you when life takes an unexpected turn! The individuals are full of life and personality, never a dull moment for sure. You get autonomy & aren’t being watched over your shoulder or micromanaged. They inform staff of fun things to take the individuals out to do and try to keep everyone as updated as possible.
