“*Update. The office reached out to me and we were able to get an appointment setup. It was all handled very professionally and I think we are back on track. Hoping the below was just miscommunication. Reserving five stars for follow up. Went to see Dr Van Owen for some items I was concerned about. Met with him once and he scheduled blood tests, a sleep study and an MRI. Got all of the above done and reached back out to Dr Van Owen about the results. I have called five times and left messages at several numbers over several months and can not get anyone to call me back. The customer service and lack of any sort of follow up is appalling. I really hope the results of everything are good because I’ve lost several months waiting now. Im now left trying to find another Dr that can read the MRI.”
