In the end I was about in tears and had to hug her to show my sincere gratitude for her guidance and for making me literally feel "better" and whole again in a matter of an hour. I left feeling amazing in my spirit and mind. I lift so tension was in my neck and lower back and in the end during the meditation when he said release it - I used it as a moment between me and God to pray and literally wooooosahhhh!
