I had an awesome experience with Kyle, Nick, and Sincere!! The guy were absolutely great! Customer service was delightful, I have a disability and the guys made sure I got everything I needed without a hitch. I absolutely recommend American freight and the crew.

I just want to send a big shout out to Kyle at the Douglasville American Freight for going over and beyond! With his exceptional customer service I was able to walk out happy and relieved that I would be receiving the one table that I wanted. It has been almost 2 years of a difficult warranty replacement claim. He was patient, a man of his word, and he took his precious time and called every surrounding store until he got the job done. Thank you Kyle for being the highlight of my day!!!!

Sadiq was very helpful and I made a appearance before making my actual purchase and he remembered my face . He greet me when I walked in , Sadiq ask did I need any help , and sadiq gave me my sofa the same day . I was so pleased and will be returning.

Great place to make business with. Excellent customer service. My wife and I bought our new couch and the really work. And they end left happy and satisfied and the gentleman Kyle make sure of that.

I went in here for lunch with my fiancé, and it was an amazing experience. They start you off with cinnamon rolls and water, and the waiters/waitresses get to your table in a very timely manner. The food is really, really good and is nicely portioned, and the employees are very friendly. I highly suggest that you come here for your next meal. 👍

A very home town feel. Great coffee. A fresh warm cinnamon roll at the table when you sit down that is sweet and gooey inside. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly and fast, my cup of coffee was never empty
