Honest and friendly. My vehicle suddenly stopped driving but was running. I assumed that it was the transmission, hence taking it here. Turned out to not be the transmission but a couple of broken belts. I was appreciative of the fact that he was very honest with me. Unfortunately he wasn't setup at his shop to fix the problem, but at least he didn't just take advantage of the situation

TOM! What a guy! After being told by Mazda I need to replace my transmission, I brought it to Tom for a second opinion. He noticed the only issue was a severed wire to a solenoid, which was able to be replaced for a MUCH cheaper cost. Tom was upfront with me about tests to run, cost, and what his thoughts were. I am a young female and often have issues finding honest and helpful service for my vehicle. Shoutout to Tom, I would truly recommend him to anyone.

My great nephew & wife had their transmission rebuilt by BRB Transmission and their big body suburban runs top notch. Plus my 2x great nephew enjoy it too, all the way to Branson Missouri, Oklahoma & back to KC,MO from their family vacation. Great service on keeping my family members safe out on the road.
