  Great customer service! I’ve been to a lot of really bad auto places in KC and I could tell this place was different! My car did take a bit longer to fix than originally planned but that was not their fault and they took care of the issue right away! I’m very appreciative for the service I got there and the way I was treated! I’m very please and I will 100% be going back!

  This place is A-1
  Needed a catalytic converter asap and they did it in less then an hour. James put me in first even tho there were other cars needed to be fixed. But I patiently waited and was worth it! Jess was very helpful with checking tire prices while I waited.. Will be back

  The starter in my Honda Accord went out two nights days ago, and Michael was able to get me in first thing the next morning. I'd taken my car to KC Complete Auto Service on Troost twice before for inspections, and both time was impressed by the great customer service. After getting a quote from the dealership where I usually get maintenance done, my husband called KC Complete Auto Service to get theirs, and it was considerably less. We couldn't have been more pleased with how quickly the repairs were made and how reasonable the bill turned out to be. I'm never going back to the dealership again. KC Complete Auto Service on Troost has our business, and I would encourage anyone who wants to be treated honestly and fairly to check them out!

  Initially, my father-in-law (Frank Fields) began services with this company in which he highly recommended. Recently he passed away. Therefore, I Louis Stevens decided to give you guys a try. There is NO DOUBT, KC Complete Auto Services provides Exceptional, Quality Auto Care. The store Manager Michael West is extremely professional. Truly, I can attest this manager takes pride in making the customer satisfied.
