“I really enjoy working at Villa Ventura. The staff really care for the residents and treat them like family. They respect the fact that this is home for the residents and treat it that way. During covid, the precautions have gone above and beyond to keep everyone safe and healthy, while still keeping mental health and activity at the forefront for the residents as well. There are always lots of fun things going on and everyone works together as a team. The food service is amazing and the food is fresh and delicious.
