“Our first visit was FAR below par. My daughter and I waited over an hour for our food, and they were out of our first three choices. BUT that was their opening weekend, and they have really gotten into a great groove since first opening. This really checks all of my boxes. “We came here for the Miracle Pop up bar on the second floor. It was delicious and very interesting. They offer some food, cocktails priced around 12-14 dollars and wine and beer. If you’re coming here for the pop up I recommend you come very early (before opening) because you will be waiting in line for a while. I did enjoy the cocktails, food and the atmosphere. If you want to go to the actual grille afterward, I highly recommend you make reservations ahead of time.”

My unit is amazing, neighbors are great, the buildings and amenities are great, the events that the staff puts on for residents are awesome, the mail system is great, AND the staff is outstanding. Even when a place is great, things are still bound to go wrong (that’s life). When things do go wrong, Karla and Caitlin are so quick to get solutions, and that’s everything I can ask for. Josh works with residents to make sure all maintenance is great. We love living at Summit. If you are even considering living here, do it, you will not regret it!”
