“This hotel is so conveniently located at the Plaza, to the point that you don't even need a car if you are staying in Kansas City. Everything is so convenient from here, because restaurants and shops are just a few blocks walk away. If you have a car, their garage has entries on almost every level of the hotel, so most rooms are a short walk from the parking garage. Rooms are very spacious, well furnished and have balconies that overlook the Plaza. New beds are super-comfy too. If you are staying for the Thanksgiving lighting ceremony on the Plaza, this is a great option. Look forward to coming back here again.”

“Great service and value if you know what you are looking for. We ended up with a very nice trailer and thay went out of the way to help. The only reason for 4 star is it seems there were some missing parts some which were replaced and some not. Price did reflect this which was good but to have the vacuum hose missing after purchase was not good. Overall I would buy from again and hope thay lock down security better.”
