  Great experience! Brand new facility with quick service! Cindy the staff member that oversees breakfast is phenomenal, personable, and upbeat! She is joyfully more than willing to assist her customers.

  Clean, modern and quiet. There was a constant fan option, heated and cooled great. A little noise when heat it cold kicked on. Hot breakfast if eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, etc. Hot beverages 24hrs. Friendly staff.

  I stayed two nights on business and could not have been more pleased with the quality of the facilities and customer service. Cindy cooked up a truly delicious breakfast casserole that was a very nice change of pace.
  
  The setting is quiet and serene while just minutes from a mall and many restaurants. Looking forward to my next stay!

  Nice, new clean hotel with friendly staff. 8/12/2018** (Update) - I honestly didn't think anyone would read my review so I didn't put much effort into it. This hotel is sort of out of the way, but I stayed here three times - twice while my mom was in the hospital and once to take my dad in for emergency surgery (more on all of this). The staff is EXCELLENT. The Hotel is EXCELLENT. I used to live in Kansas City and moved away long ago and though there are perhaps better or more hip locations to stay, but this place is extraordinary. The cleanliness of the hotel is second to none. The staff is second to none. I stayed here here twice in order to see my mother before she died. I stayed here again when I had to come back to take my father in for surgery. None of that reflects the state of the hotel, but it shows that despite all of the other places I could have stayed I came back here to stay. This is where I would stay if I was ever coming back to KC. This is the place I'd recommend to a close friend to stay at. Again, no one is paying me to say this, but this is where I would choose to stay (and have three times).

  Sparkling clean and quiet. Great hotel find. Ordering the bed if I can get the model. Best sleep in ages. Better than a first class hotel bed _ I know because I was on my way to one for vacation when we stopped over night Really nice place and the price cant be beat. Great service. .

Off the beaten pat...h. Very friendly staff. Very Holiday Inn free breakfast, with an automated pancake machine and press cooked omelets and cold bacon. But they did have Greek yogurt wich is rare and the hot cinnamon rolls were yummy. If you need to stay in Lee's Summit, I would definitely stay here.
