  Been attending for over a year now, and my fitness continues to improve regularly. Easy-going and welcoming community. Intelligent programming, good variety of class times and availability. Ownership & coaching staff is honest, genuine, and altogether creates a team that is worth joining.

  I highly recommend Do Work in Lee's Summit. Robby is the owner and head trainer, and he the person what you want running a gym. He's a great teacher, he's calm, he cares about you, and he knows what he's talking about. Do Work has a real atmosphere of inclusion and camaraderie that you won't find at other places. I've been going there for a year and a half and I enjoy it more every month. Advice for new folks: when he tells you to start light and go easy, listen. :) Ask a lot of questions. Give it a month or so to get comfortable with these new lifts and exercises and you'll know what you can do, and how to modify things for your level.

  At 43 years old, I was looking for a new challenge in my life fitness wise. At times Cross Fit can be quite humbling. However, pushing yourself to the limit on each workout is very rewarding, not only physically, but mentally. I would highly recommend this company. Robbie the owner is very motivating, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his members. I have attended for 6 months, and my wife for over a year. We have both seen significant gains.

  Working out and athleticism has never been a strong suit of mine. I have always been intimidated and uncomfortable in a gym setting, especially with weight training. After I found Do Work Crossfit, all of that changed. Each day I look forward to working out in a positive environment with encouraging people and knowledgable coaches. I am so glad that I found this amazing box full of fantastic people. I would highly recommend Do Work Crossfit to everyone!!!

  I highly recommend DO WORK CROSSFIT to anyone looking to make a positive difference/change in their life. The trainers are real world, fun, loving, hard working people who want nothing more than to see you reach your goal regardless of your fitness level. The gym is full of people who are welcoming from day 1 and will encourage and challenge you each and every workout.
