She is always ready to listen and treats everyone with kindness. I had serious neck issues along with much stiffness, pain and headaches. “Brandy there her bedside manner is awesome. she was patient listened to me I went one other place before I came here they seemed to be higher. This place was a tad cheaper. Better selection of products. I needed something now vs waiting for online because my dad is argumentative not wanting to give up his independence everything is i can do it on my own or i don’t need that when he in fact does. Brandy help me figure out what I can try and gave me suggestions to call because i am new to this aging parent thing. Her customer service skills alone sold me. When its my moms turn I will come here they have my business for life and will refer everyone here!”

“I have seen both my parents to their passing and have appreciated the help and support of hospice care. Through these situations I've dealt with three different providers, and Ascend was truly the best. They stepped in and helped me with my dad when he returned to his nursing home after a six week stay in the hospital due to covid 19. Their care lifted him in every way and he ended up improving so miraculously that he went off hospice after six months. About nine months later as he declined, I needed hospice assistance again. Sadly, the nursing home would only let me use a certain company that their new owner allowed. I don't think this is technically legal, but it ended up being the last day of my dad's life and I did not want to spend time distracted from him. Before knowing this I had contacted Ascend for help, and they were ready. Then I had to go with a different company, whose name I can't even recall. Despite this, Ascend offered me encouragement by phone and even sent a very thoughtful condolence card after my dad passed. It has now been six months, and I keep a short stack of cards that were especially meaningful. As I reread the Ascend card today, I realized I want to share my experience for others who may be selecting support during a difficult time. Dr. Brandon Johnson handed me some information on apps to download for therapy and made some suggestions for background noise while sleeping. I sleep with a fan and tv on in the background. I did mentioned at times it drives me crazy when I'm stressed. So I need to find ways to help alleviate my stress. This was bot expensive fir this visit. I highly recommend this Audiologist.”

“I've been going to Dr Jones for 6 years now. I had monthly appointments through my pregnancy, which I am sure helped me remain active. My first appointment was to see him about my knee, I slide into a base and jammed it. During his overall evaluation of my body he started asking about my right shoulder. I have had bicep tendinitis for 15 years at that point due to playing fastpitch softball competitively and through college. I told him about it and he fixed it; to this day I play slowpitch and haven't had an issues with my shoulder at all since. Dr Jones is amazing and truly cares about the patient as a whole!!!!”

“I saw Dr. Matt Daggett today regarding a previous injury to my knee. My was minimal maybe 10 minutes at the most. The staff was friendly, courteous, professional and very respectful. X-ray was wonderful, I had a couple of questions and before they proceeded the checked with Dr. Daggett to make sure we were all on the same. Once X-rays we’re complete I spoke with Dr. Daggett and proceeded with a plan. Dr. Daggett made sure I understood the plan before I left. All who were involved with my care had my best interest in the healing process of my knee. I left happy and understood my part in the healing process of my knee. I recommend this clinic to anyone with orthopedic issues. Straight forward from healing to the billing. Always has patient’s best interest.”
