I had a large package for UPS dropoff and Kelly came out to the vestibule area and guided me over to help me out. The other lady checked me out (I'm there, of course I'm going to take a gander haha) and she waited patiently while I had my phone slowly load the coupon and just super friendly and personable. They both just really went out of their way to help and they were both sincere in it. Like I want to be on a first name basis and always chat when I come in. “Just used the eco atm for the first time. Here are some takeaways if you decide to try selling your phone through it... 1. Their website says to factory reset your phone. What they don't tell you is that you have to set it back up without an email for the machine to evaluate it. This was the roadblock I ran into yesterday. 2. With the phone set up and ready to go, it was super easy. Took maybe 15 minutes in total, and I got $65 for my Samsung s10 (with no cracks or scratches). The bonus part: Even works when the phone is locked to a carrier.”

“It was obvious they were extremely busy, but when they found out there were two horses on board w/ a blown tire while passing thru Missouri and gotta make it to Colorado to deliver to a lil girl who has no ideal she's getting one, The employees did the best they could to get us in and out as quick as possible! Brand new trailer with LQ & tires not made to carry 4 horses/ yet we were assured they were great when trailer was bought 2 mos ago! Big O's voiced concern the safety of tires sold with trailer were not really ideal for this trailer, which we agreed. Had they had 4 in stock we would have bought 4 but they only had 2 so, 2 new excellent rated tires tires & under 2 hrs out the door, back on road. Will be 10pm instead but still priceless!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE STAFF AT BIG O's OFF hwy 70w.”

I have been very tempted to call her back and let her know some updates on the Samsung s23 Ultra but she didn't know but I found out about and was one of the key factors I was looking for in purchasing a phone. I waited an hr for her to be done with the customers before me. She helped me the previous day and I had to wait till I got paid to get my phone. Come to find out my SIM card and my phone was corrupted in some sort of way or shape and I wasn't able to receive phone calls. That resulted in me losing my job. But I am completely happy and satisfied with the way I was treated her sense of humor and that takes the cake”
