  Excellent Service, very reasonably priced! Danny arrived less than an hour from my call which was a great surprise, and got down quickly to unclog my kitchen drain pipe. He was done in about a half hour. He unclogged and washed out the pipe with hot water and rechecked for good flow! I definitely recommend their services, as I will be calling them again in the future if needed!

  We just bought our house & our water heater was 30 years old like our house! Travis was on time & did an awesome job installing a brand new water heater! Very impressed!

  I called to have the pilot light on the hot water tank fixed because it would not stay lit. I was charged for a service call but nothing was accomplished. After complaining a more experienced technician, Scott, was dispatched. Even though we had it at the time of the original service call, the 2nd technician installed a reset switch that the manufacturer provided under its warranty. Although advised the plumbing pro company can’t be responsible for the part/repair, our problem has been solved. Furthermore we were quite satisfied with the service that Scott provided and would highly recommend them to anybody.

  I have had Scott at my home twice in the last couple months. The work was great, everything was cleaned, and he was so professional. Each issue was fixed. He was on time and the person in the office was easy to deal with. Good experience both times. I have an old house and will be using them again for sure.

  FINALLY...I have found a Plumbing Company that treated be like a person instead of a number to the bottom line. They were able to reschedule my service on the day it was scheduled because my son had an unexpected medical procedure. And then...asked about my son first before rescheduling during a follow-up call. Mike was honest - efficient - and gave me the trust in his advice that I had not found with three previous "well-known" Plumbing companies. He also presented himself as a technician rather than a salesman. Trust me on this - you can't go wrong.
  
  I heard about this company after listening to Dana and Parks - thanks Dana, you gave the best advice.

  NEW Update: August 2018. Danny from the Plumbing Pro installed two new toilets in my home today, and I am thrilled. He gave me an estimate yesterday and explained the process. I was shocked when he said he could be here this morning to install. QUICK - ACCURATE - FAIR...I trust Plumbing Pro 100% and HIGHLY recommend!
