(September 13, 2020, 7:09 pm)I had the opportunity to listen to a video on Black Health Matters Sept 8 with Traci Williams with Inspiring Hope. Her guest was Jacquelyn Sheppard (Author of The Silent Takeover, How The Body Hijacks The Mind). The information Ms. Sheppard share on black health was mind blowing and she had the research to back it up. Her topics included our ancestry roots and its connection to our health, diabetes, high blood pressure, gut issues, elevated uric acid levels, gallbladder sludge, and fatty liver.
After hearing this wealth of information, it has inspired me to change and get my health in order.
