I don't know what I would do if they ever sent anyone else. He is honest, hard working and funny. I enjoy every time he comes over. I use Deluxe every 6 months and Kevin makes my carpets look good as new. Also, booking an appointment with them and talking to Sheila is easy and it is like talking to a friend.
