(May 3, 2022, 5:35 pm)I typically rent from Hertz, but the location is not very convenient for me. I booked with AVIS online a month or so prior to my reservation and paid online. Picking up was simple, just needed my ID and credit card. I signed my papers and was on my way out. The SUV I was given was much nicer than I was expecting...guessing an upgrade which was very much appreciated! Returning the vehicle was just as quick and easy. I was extremely nervous renting with this location after reading reviews, but I will be using this location for any future rentals!
