Mr. Tires

Hit a bolt or some piece of metal at 70 mph on I-35 this morning. Drove over to Mr. Tire in Grandview at 50 mph after two other closer places couldn't fit me in or just had a 2-hour wait. What a wonderful place!!! They were working on my car within minutes!! Yes, I needed a new tire, but they discounted it and matched it to the others I bought there a year ago. So, even though it was a 3-hour trip to work today instead of 15 minutes, it turned out great!! Love the guys at Mr. Tire!!! I have never been disappointed by their service, promptness or friendliness!! They deserve 10 stars!!

Update 11/2020: after a Olathe Hyundai service department told me it would take several days to order & get a new lug nut stud in for my car, and it would cost over $1,000, I came back to Mr. Tire. As always, I was treated with respect and they were able to fix my car on the spot for $55!! Wonderful place with people who actually care about their customers!!

I don’t write reviews often but I’ll never buy tires anywhere else. They guys are fantastic. I originally bought my tires here and the prices were great. Since then, I’ve been back several times to fix leaks from road debris and they’ve taken care of those too!
