I also felt that the children and parents were being treated as statistics. I can say that I now feel that the principal, Ms. Blancarte, is bridging the Gap from students to staff. She also makes herself available to HEAR the concerns of her parents. The atmosphere at Ervin seems much less confrontational and far more inviting. Thank you so much for all you are doing.
