( and shes funny too definitely) A lot of times we leave feeling rushed from other similar establishments and the haircuts are always mediocre. “My dad has been at Cross Creek since the end of July 2021. He has had multiple falls since 2018 and the last one (May 2021) was a broken hip that required surgery. After nursing rehab there was no way for him to go back home (cognitively or physically) so I toured Cross Creek. When I went for my tour, I ran into several people that I had not seen in a very long time that had family members there. I did not look any further and am very happy with my decision to not look any further! The facility is clean, well maintained and the staff have been consistent. Laura (Executive Director), and Amber (Director of Nursing) can routinely be seen on the floor jumping in to do whatever needs to be done. The staff are attentive and have always been willing to help. They always recognize residents as well as most family members. When my dad was at home with home health, I was always worrying. Now, I know he's safe, well fed and taken care of! Priceless feeling. I'm very pleased with my decision!!”

“We loved our experience with Almond Heights. Our mom lived there for 2 years with wonderful care...even during covid times. The staff and therapy partners were so good and kind to her. The food was great. They keep everything so nice and clean. The holidays are always a big thing~ decorating is so beautiful and the tables so festive with the holiday napkins. We only wish she could have stayed there longer... she should have gone sooner... it would have helped her a lot, no worries about what to cook, no cleaning, and a safe area to get some exercise. Sandra at the front desk always helped Miss Hazel. We always found the administrators Brianna and Danielle helpful too.”
