“I’m very hesitant when it comes to joining a gym. I had little CrossFit experience but was ready to make a change for myself. I tried a class about 5 months ago with my boyfriend and I was hooked. The coaches scale everything to your ability and experience level. They are very good with focusing on form which is very important to me. Not only are they great coaches, they are great people outside of the gym. It truly feels like a family environment with no intimidation. I felt instantly comfortable and welcomed when I joined.
