“Awesome caring staff. Prices a tad high, but I trust them. I recently lost a pet and had her cremated. They gave us as much time as we needed with her before starting the process. Were extremely compassionate. They sent us a card and all wrote sweet words inside of it. I will never take my pet to another place, but here. They are all very sweet people. You want a vet office of ones who care then I highly recommend this place. Ashes came in a nice wooden urn and they gave us a ceramic ornament with her paw print on it.”

“Jane is outstanding. I have been to another counselor before finding Jane. My previous counselor would play with his phone during my session. It was so disappointing. I'm so glad I didn't give up after that experience because I found Jane. She not only listened- but took notes. She really showed me that she cared and gave me the advice and direction I needed. I walked in with a hopeless situation on my hands and walked out feeling like I had just had a long, very needed conversation with my extremely wise grandmother. She was exactly what I needed. “I took my little girl to Blue Springs Pediatrics urgent care last night around 6:15 only to find out that they stopped taking urgent care patients at 6pm. My little girl was visibly sick and miserable so instead of turning us away the front office staff went back and talked to a nurse to see if they could squeeze us in. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and never once made me feel like i was burdening them, like a lot of places would have! My little girl had a bad sore throat so of course the nurse decided that we needed to do a strep test on her. My little girl has had this done in the past and instantly started freaking out and screaming. It took me and another nurse to hold her down just so our original nurse could swab the back of her throat. I'm pretty sure my daughter kicked the nurse a couple of times trying to get away. The nurse was extremely patient and kind. When our doctor came in the room she was so sweet to my little girl and very informative. I definitely felt like we were in good hands every step pf the way! I made the switch from Cockrell & McIntosh less than a year ago and I am so happy that I did. It is always a stressful moment when your children are sick but Blue Springs Pediatrics goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for! THANK YOU so much to everyone on the night shift 11/07/2018! You have no idea how much I appreciate you all!!!”

“I have been seeing Dr. Francis and Dr. Stastny for the last 20 years. They have been nothing but fantastic and professional in every way. I have been treated thru a severe case of MRSA, both knees replaced two back surgerys and four shoulder surgerys. If I needed a special Doctor they always recommend a highly rated professional. I have three generations of family that see Dr. Francis and Dr. Stastny that's approximately 16 family members. All of us greatly appreciate these doctors. David Steinhauser”
