“Dudes is by far the best place to buy a guitar in the Midwest. I visited the store right after thanksgiving with my son to talk with them about a new guitar for him for Christmas. Our guitar expert to help us was Doug. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the time that he spent with me/my son showing differences in products and listening to what he wanted to do/play, while sharing his deep technical knowledge of guitars without talking over our heads. Now I am sure that my son will go find Doug and the crew at Dudes for any gear he needs in the future thus creating yet another generation of customer for their store (it has been there for years). This is what Dudes is best at. After you go to the others then visit Dudes you will understand, these guys use these tools every day for their work, but don't forget all the questions you have the first time you decide you want to make music.
