“This is by far the most spectacular quilt shop I have visited. My husband and I have a motorhome and we travel the U.S. every summer so you know I have visited a lot of quilt shops. The fabric selection is extensive with the latest collections. The wool area is well stocked also. And let’s not forget the staff. They are friendly and extremely helpful. “I live an hour away, so I called Joanna (when we were about half way there which was my fault) to see about test driving a vehicle. She was honest and told me it was out on a test drive at that moment. We decided to continue to drive that way in hopes maybe the deal would not go through. About 15 min later, Joanna called me to let me know he was going to buy it. Even though I didn’t end up getting a car it was extremely appreciated that she went out of her way to let me know it was sold. That is a sign of great customer service in my book!!!”

“We called a few places in the area to see if they were open (915pm) and many places gave me an attitude not Segovia Meson. The welcomed us to come in. We sat in a booth with no one around us although place was properly spaced out for social distancing and the had a good amount of people. Food and drinks were great. I had the Mezxcail Margarita and the spicy pork tenderloins; they were spicy and delicious flavoring we also had the Portuguese platter which could feed 3 people including some tapas. Service was great and we look forward to when we can bring the whole family. Larry-”

“Visited the Independence store this morning and had a wonderful education and shopping experience. The store was full of charming gifts as well as a great selection of wild bird feed and accessories. The location had the customers as well as the employees masked and it was a welcomed relaxing experience. The frequent buyer program is a great benefit for those looking to save money while feeding the nature in your yard. I will definitely be back soon, and they even help you load your big purchases. There definitely is something to be said about helpful service and product knowledge these days. I will continue to support this locally owned mom and pop store just down the street from my home. I had visited their larger location in Overland Park in the past and I was amazed at their beautiful showroom and huge selection. Now to decide what bird feeder to go back and purchase, I think the cats will enjoy the entertainment out of the window this fall and winter and from what I learned today even into late spring.”

“My classical guitar I purchased in Granada, Spain had a 3 inch crack between the bottom deck and the body side, the decking was separating from the body side. I took it in for Dave to repair. Not only did he repair it, looks as if it never cracked, he also setup the guitar and repaired the saddle bridge nut and installed new strings. It plays some much better now. I've had this guitar for 20 yrs. He met delivery date and his craftsmanship is outstanding. I highly recommend him and I will return when I need him. Many thanks Dave”
