I'd purchased a pair of Adidas Cloudfoam shoes and they had a funky inside lining that didn't work well with a complex nerve injury I have. I'd worn them once, but had no problem with the return. I appreciate the extra $10 off with an online return as well...a little incentive to stay in the store! Smart thinking!”

“Freezing Moo is interesting. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly employee. The ice cream was good, but nothing amazing. If you are just looking for value, I'd go to custard's last stand. This is a gimmick, but a pretty cool gimmick. The pricing is simple, just 5.99 for a decent sized ice cream with mixins and toppings. It was good, but not out of this world good. I was most disappointed by the fact they have no kids size”

“Needed windshield wiper blades and de-icer windshield washer fluid. Called the store for info. The guy was very informative and explained the difference in the blades and price. I decided on a certain. He said that he would hold them for me. Told him I would be there in an hour. When I got there he had them at the counter and got the fluid. He put the wipers on my car in the rain!!! I held my umbrella over him as he put the wipers on because I appreciated what he did. He thanked me. Told him I would put the fluid later when it stopped raining. Great customer service!!!”

“I haven’t been in this particular store although have Been in about 6 different locations and ordered online. I have returned a couple of items before and never had a problem. There is a difference between trying on and wearing. They don’t follow you because they think your stealing. They follow you to help and get a dressing room ready so you don’t have to carry around one single item while your looking. It’s called customer service. I always get great service.”
