“Today I had another 5 ???? visit. I'm seldom in a rush, and get to enjoy my meal while the kids play. There is a new sign encouraging customers to fill out the mcdvoice review on the receipt. If you do they'll reward you with a free dessert! 4 months ago: The manager Chris greeted us and took our order with a smile. He was very polite. My kid's happy meals came out quick. I did a separate app order for myself to take advantage of the deals. My order came up quick and Chris offered to bring it to our table in the playground. The restaurant is clean. Another manager tidied up the playground area. I like the fact that they have a restroom in the playground area so I can keep a eye on one while the other is inside. Our meal was delicious and a bargain. My boys had fun on the playground and with the game systems. We'll be back often after school!”

“I bought a Suburban from Dean Ferraro a couple of days ago and just wanted to say that this guy was really nice to work with. I even test drove a van before driving the truck that I finally decided on buying and when I backed it in the way he had it parked before I left, I made contact with the fence of his property and scuffed the back bumper. He could have charged me but he was kind enough to let it pass and off I went to test the Suburban. When it came time to deal for the truck that was marked 2995.00, I offered 2850, and Dean was kind enough to accept the offer, and then said that he would have it inspected for me on him also. Since I was going to register the truck in Kansas, I had no need of a Missouri inspection so I declined his kind offer. A few days later, I determined that in fact I did want to register the vehicle in Missouri, and stopped by and asked him if I could still get the inspection that he offered. He could have said too much time had passed to get that, but he didn't, and set me up an inspection on Ferraro Motor Co. The truck has been a joy so far, with no issues and it's a blast to drive. I would highly recommend Dean to anyone considering buying a quality used vehicle. ”

“The units are nice enough. I was disappointed upon move in to find that the apartment had not been cleaned between myself and the last tenant the way I was told it would be. There were dried ramen and what looks like purple koolaid stains all over the living room carpet. They put new carpet all upstairs and probably should have in the living room too because it's crunchy even after the noodles have been cleaned up. There were toys and food under the stove. The drip pans on the stove were horribly stained and I had to replace one because it was burnt so badly it was falling apart. The dishwasher was broken and dirty. The vents were filthy in both bathrooms. Baseboards in kitchen, dining area and living room were dirty. I've cleaned but I was assured it would happen before I moved in. There is an ant problem and they have bug guys come in and spray but it hasn't deterred the ants so I've had to spend money to attempt to fix that issue. More than half of the outlets do not work properly and the plugs do not fit snugly in any of them that do work. There are no lights in the living room or the 2 smaller bedrooms so bring lamps and pray you can find an outlet that works. The walls are thin so I can hear the neighbors constantly. They fight daily, hit each other and threaten to shoot or stab each other but even when they're not doing that, they can be heard. There is a 10pm noise curfew but few residents follow it. Kids are out and cussing and running around still and people are in their cars blaring music and stuff still. Not the apartments fault but in case noise bothers you, you should know about this. A lot of the children in the complex run free which isnt always a bad thing but a lot of them are not well behaved. They litter, destroy property, fight and bully other kids. My son was literally stabbed in the hand by one child with a pocket knife. Mine are not allowed to play outside anymore without me. The playground is small, not really entertaining for the kids and the pool was closed most of the summer. Dont let those be selling points to move here. There are quarterly inspections so you'll have management in your home a lot. I'm not a fan of that, personally, especially while I'm not available to be at home but they can and do enter when they need to inspect with you home or not. The staff seems nice but a little disorganized. I had the same issue when applying as another reviewer did. I had to bring in paperwork several times because I'd get a call that they needed something else I wasnt told they'd need in the beginning or they forgot to have me fill out a form of some sort. If you can, use this as a stepping stone to a better place. It isnt terrible but it's not great either. I'm rating them a 4 because the part of things they can handle that are wrong aren't bad. If I were to consider the neighbors in this rating as well, I'd consider a 2 to be more appropriate but I've definitely lived next to worse people.”

“Friendly and knowledgable staff. Always informed me about my situation and what I need to do to resolve my problems. I had an appointment today that apparently got bumped because of an emergency. They did not communicate anything with me and I sat in their waiting area 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I am not a big fan of being held hostage. That time could have been better spent somewhere else. I left the appointment so who knows how much longer I would have had to wait. Simple communication could have resolved all the issues and we could have rescheduled to a later time or date. Instead I left feeling that the doctor had zero respect for her customers and their time. If you have extra time in your schedule see her. She is good at what she does. Had a lot of interaction with Gilligan Periodontics since my last visit. The doctor contacted me directly and proved that my initial rating was a fluke incident. I wanted to wait for my next appointment before I wrote an update. I was seen on time and was very pleased with the visit. The office as a whole cares about their patients. Great office, great people and great atmosphere.”

Very personable and makes you feel at ease, like you have known him for a long time. This clinic has a new approach to health care as you pay a monthly fee and they do not take insurance which in the long run is cheaper for you and you are able to get in and be seen quicker most of the time. What sold it for us was the final product that Matt had produced before. Matt's skill is on par with industry leaders, and the quality he turns out is indistinguishable (or better) from those in surrounding studios. His laid back attitude also helps relax artist and musicians from feeling like he wants to get people in and out. That immediate response was indicative of how Mr. Rooter handles any situation with speed and immediate notification. Paul Jr. came out to bid the project and used his many years of plumbing knowledge and expertise to fix the broken pipe in a manner that no company bidding before even thought of. The Mr. Rooter crew was out there immediately and wasted no time getting the project completed. Through the whole process Paul and Mr. Rooter stuck to their word and had exemplary customer service . He spent as much time as he needed to explain every step in great detail and kept me in the loop on the any progress.
