“I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I had such a positive experience. I was able to get an appointment immediately, I was quoted 30 to 45 minute wait and I was in and out before the 45 minutes were up. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I understood the entire process multiple times. They cleaned and and expected every window to make sure I wasn’t missing any additional damage, Which I thought was nice. Their facility was very clean and up to date, which included a waiting room that was kid friendly. They had a charging station for phones, a coffee bar, vending machines, free water, tv, coloring area for your kids, and free WiFi. One of their staff members even watched my kids while I was taken to the garage. (Thank you so much!) I received an email with my receipt before leaving and my car was given back in excellent shape. “They have been out of items on more than one occasion, which resulted in me waiting for my food to be prepared. The young teenage staff could have better attitudes, they can be a bit rude. Front line customer service is not the best from those teenagers. I usually eat here after 6pm, maybe The daytime staff is better. The management is pretty nice and personable from my experience. Overall good food and okay customer service.”
