(December 27, 2018, 6:10 pm)Staff was extremely friendly and got the type of car I had reserved/wanted. Car was clean and there was even an ice scraper in the car since it was the winter. Usually the interior windows in car rentals are fithly... this time they were pretty clean and I could see out of them.

(December 11, 2018, 7:17 pm)Okay, my friends, I rarely rate a place because I’m not a big negative guy and I don’t always remember to rate even when positive things happen.
HOWEVER...I was so impressed with Avis, I had to write a review.
Not only were they one of the best priced rentals around and they had some very nice people working their counters...
But they also helped me out so much with a problem. I had left the rental place and I had noticed a little crack in the windshield. I talked super briefly with the attendant and I thought it was all good. Then I realized no note had been made about the crack when I brought back the car. The attendant was very nice and just had me fill out of quick form. No problem, right?! Well, then I got an email saying I’d be charged for the windshield. Actually, not surprised by this and simply emailed them telling them what happened. Within hours, a rep from Avis named Jessica had it all sorted out and I was not charged.
Classy customer service, Avis! Well done! And a big thank you to Jessica for helping me out! -

(November 29, 2018, 3:34 pm)Staff very helpful. When delivering transport cars. We need better direction for delivery. This not for general public. This is for delivery people delivering cars at Avis. Avis service center is where the cars need so you need to put that on your maps I tried today and it won't accept it gave me everything else for the general public. But not for the delivery people delivering cars for the public to use.
