“After moving from a dirty, run down hotel, to this one, we were very pleased with how clean this hotel is. The decor is great, we loved the colors and how inviting it looked. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had a beautiful view. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The only complaint that we did have, was that we called down to the front desk because we didn't have enough pillows, and we needed a sheet for the sleeper sofa.The host seemed a little agitated, but I'm sure he was just really busy. However, he said he would call us after he took care of the customers ahead of us, and we never got a call...or the sheet or pillows. Even with that, we would definitely stay here again. I do recommend this hotel.”

“Okay, my friends, I rarely rate a place because I’m not a big negative guy and I don’t always remember to rate even when positive things happen. HOWEVER...I was so impressed with Avis, I had to write a review. Not only were they one of the best priced rentals around and they had some very nice people working their counters... But they also helped me out so much with a problem. I had left the rental place and I had noticed a little crack in the windshield. I talked super briefly with the attendant and I thought it was all good. Then I realized no note had been made about the crack when I brought back the car. The attendant was very nice and just had me fill out of quick form. No problem, right?! Well, then I got an email saying I’d be charged for the windshield. Actually, not surprised by this and simply emailed them telling them what happened. Within hours, a rep from Avis named Jessica had it all sorted out and I was not charged. Classy customer service, Avis! Well done! And a big thank you to Jessica for helping me out!”

“The whole operation is very efficient. I appreciate that a shuttle is ready to pick us up from our parking spot almost right away. Checking out is quick and easy. I really like that on the app I can track the shuttle when I am at the terminal waiting. That is especially helpful when the weather is cold or rainy and I want to minimize the time I am waiting outside.”

“We didn't stay overnight but just went up to visit family staying there from out of town. We brought pizza into the lobby & they were not just super friendly, but helpful & accomodating to our family member who is in a wheelchair. They even went into the kitchen to get us plates & utensils. Our family has a nice experience too. They swam in the pool & enjoyed the breakfast.”

“Really nice, clean rooms. Comfy bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Good burger restaurant inside. Our room door wouldn't lock but a call to the front desk and it was quickly fixed. People talking in the hallway were pretty loud but overall a great stay!”

“One of the best apartments I've rented. Great priced and Office staff is fantastic always ready to answer any questions you have about your lease and always very sweet. Maintenance is always on top of everything if you ever need them. All my neighbors are awesome and make me love living here that much more. Great place for single moms or small familys never any crime going on or addicts anywhere to be seen. Thank you Anderson house for having great places to where you can really feel at home.”

“Very nice bar and grill. A bunch of us were there that had cancelled flights from the blizzard. The staff went out of there way to offer us a free taco bar and wings. Very friendly bartender and waiter. The food was very good as well for a bar! And they had 5-7 Boulevard beers on tap that were cold. I will go back if ever near KC airport again!”

“They’ve remodeled the hotel and it looks and feels wonderful! The staff is very helpful and they have a new M Club Lounge for your rewards members! The restaurant has some new items but a lot of old favorites on the menu as well. Get the Brussels sprouts! They are so delicious! The rooms are beautiful and the beds are so comfortable. It’s close to the airport so it’s a quick ride over if you have a quick layover.”

“I had a wonderful experience with both picking up and dropping off the car. The woman who was working Christmas Eve is a total sweet heart and patient AF:) Alamo is the best place to rent cars hands down- my husband travels a lot right now and has had terrible experiences with other companies. Alamo has consistently been great wherever we go in the US. Btw- loved the Mazda 6 we drove, really want one now.”

“The room was very clean. The desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. We got a pet room and it had wood floors instead of carpets which was nice. The box spring of the bed had a hole under it and our cat ended up hiding inside the bed which was very inconvenient. The pet fee was also 27 dollars a night which I felt was a little steep when it's usually 10 or 15 dollars. The "free breakfast" seemed to be only granola bars which seemed a bit slim. Maybe all the muffins we're taken by the time I got there. Other than that it was a very positive experience. I would recommend because of the cleanliness of the rooms after having seen some nasty places with the same amount of stars.”

“Great place to park your car for your weekend excursion. Very convenient, not having to have anyone drop you off, nor pick you up to take a trip. The pricing is reasonable also, and you're car is being watched by the eye in the sky, and security driving around in a vehicle. I've never had a problem leaving any of my cars here, and I've at one point. Left one of my cars here for 2 weeks, and was more affraid of it not starting. Great and convenient parking.”

“What a great suite. Large comfortable bed with a large modern bathroom. Tons of storage and OUTLETS! We only stayed for a night, but the desk in the room as well as all the kitchen amenities would make it great for extended stay. Also the best gym I've seen in recent travels and a pool (no hot tub). Hot breakfast was great in the morning and I also appreciate they have hot drinks available all the time, too.”
