“I am so happy to have found Dr Randa! I have suffered from some issues for quite a while. I have been to several therapists with very little help towards my fears and issues. Dr Randa immediately answered my phone call and discussed my needs. I was a bit nervous for my first appointment but quickly relaxed. A great listener who did not judge me. I knew right away that she was a perfect fit for me. My treatment plan was about 10 weeks in length. I am now finished and I feel much less anxiety and have more confidence day to day. “I discovered this wonderful store while browsing the area with my wife, and ended up purchasing her a vintage watch while there. And while I love the store and the collection of vintage watches, and enjoy browsing the selection online, I have met no end of frustration regarding customer service. I have called multiple times, leaving messages, and emailed multiple times regarding availability of watches, having potential repairs done there, and possibly have some watches placed there on consignment. I never received a single call back or returned email. The one time I was able to reach the store over the phone, it was sales staff that answered and they were indeed very pleasant. They instructed my to text pictures of potential consignment watch, which I did. However, have not yet received a response in almost a week. Summation - great store, great collection, but that customer service really turns me off.”
