Allen Building and Consulting just completed a full remodel of a 150 year old farm house that we have owned for 22 years. In this post-covid world of supply chain issues, labor shortages and soaring prices, they did an exceptional job of completing our job on-time and on budget. They also built a new home for me over ten years ago, so this was my second large project with them and I would use them a third time in a heartbeat!
They have a great stable of subcontractors that are responsive to them which in today's environment is essential to a successful project. They also have continuity of employees, meaning that the job superintendent on this recent project was the same one that oversaw the new construction we did ten years ago.
A+ rating in all respects...responsive, trustworthy, timely, with oversight and detail as though it was their own home!

Fantastic company to work with. Scott is a perfectionist and pays attention to every small detail to make sure that you get the best product and results. He has done a kitchen remodel and a basement finish for me and I love his work. Would highly recommend him to anyone!
